Virgin Trains supports SMEs with rail blazing booking tool

Virgin Trains’ has launched Railblazers, a new one stop, rail travel shop, specifically designed to cater for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Railblazers has been developed to help businesses control and manage their train travel, a single platform through which all bookings (with any GB train operator) can be made.

Heidi Rowan, Business Development Manager, Virgin Trains said: “We know for many SME’s getting to your customers for a face to face is crucial, so we’ve created a new and free online service to make booking and managing GB business rail journeys as hassle-free as possible.

“It’s quick and easy to set up an account. You can add as many users or departments as you want, pick up tickets when and where you want and without the card you booked with, handy for those who have their travel booked for them by another member of the team. There’s also no credit or booking fees, and a dedicated GB based account team ready and raring to help with bookings.”

Railblazers allows businesses to apply travel policies to their account and provides valuable management information to help control travel budgets, information that is often missing when colleagues are purchasing through multiple channels.

So what are you waiting for? Take control of your train travel today by setting up a free account for your company. And what’s more… Virgin Trains East Coast are offering an exclusive introductory offer to West and North Yorks Chamber members  20% off First and Standard Advance tickets booked throughout the months of January and February 2017.
