Optimising Your Potential

Experience as a senior manager within a large organization, which underwent significant change has provided me with a strong understanding of the reality and challenges facing people and business’s where change is ever present. Having embarked on a formal coaching qualification and established my own business, I use a “solutions focused coaching approach” in a relaxed and informal environment, to work with clients who have a desire to change and grow personally to achieve aspirational goals.

I would like to offer Chamber of Commerce members an opportunity to meet with me and discuss whether I can support them individually or within a business environment. An initial meeting and subsequently a first coaching session would be at no cost. Thereafter, if you would like me to work with you on a commercial basis to help your growth and development, the cost to Chamber of Commerce members would be at a rate of £65/hour.
